Tarehe 08 march ni sikukuu ya wanawake wote duniani. Kauli mbiu ya mwaka 2014 ikiwa ni " CHOCHEA MABADILIKO KULETA USAWA WA KIJINSIA" sehemu nyingi nchini Tanzania kukiwa na heka heka za hapa na pale kufurahia siku hii kwa wanawake wengi. Mwamko wa wanawake umekuwa mkubwa sana kwa miaka ya hivi karibuni. Wengi wakivalia vazi la kitenge ili mradi tu kuleta ladha na maana halisi ya siku yenyewe.

Kwa miaka ya hivi karibuni tumeshuhudia wanawake wengi wakifanya kazi ambazo zimezoeleka kufanywa na wanaume, ama tumekuwa tukisoma habari za wanawake ambao wameshika nafasi za juu katika nyanja tofauti tofauti. Modern Oufit leo imewaona wanawake ambao wanagusa maisha ya jamii kwa kiasi kikubwa lakini hawajazungumzwa au hatuwafahamu.  That proves that, "Wanawake tukithubutu, tunaweza"

Kirsten, Engineer anayeshughulika na masuala ya maji nchini German. Nmeshaangaa kujua kwamba, ukiachia kazi za u injinia, kwa miaka zaidi ya 20 amekuwa akiendesha piki piki kubwa kama anavyoonekana pichani. She is very calm and friendly but very serious and smart at work.

 Fatuma Kirita, au (Mrs) Ni mmoja ya wanawake wachache ambao wamekuwa kwenye sekta ya Kibenk kama kiongozi kwa muda wa miaka mingi. Fatuma (MBA -CM holder from Mzumbe University) amekuwa manager kwa miaka zaidi ya ishirini tangu akianzia NBC baadae NMB na sasa mwajiriwa wa ACB akiwa branch manager Ubungo branch. To be able to maintain managerial position that means her performance is superb, Hongera mama Kirita that shows she is a great leader, a friend,smart and very charming woman. Annah Lupemba, happens to be one of the successful woman carrier wise. Branch manager NIC Bank Mwanza branch. As seen in a photo she is lovely, very talkative and a person you can make friendship with her. She is supportive to woman initiatives with positive thinking. Annah keep it up we all love you and appreciates you more and more. Before I forget, Annah is a supporter of Modern Outfit.
